Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information www.colortree.com.ph collects, why, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Account: your name, email, mobile number, and for business accounts the company name and TIN.
• Orders and inquiries: delivery addresses, items, quantities, PO numbers, notes and messages with our sales team.
• Files you upload: artwork, designs, reference pictures and payment slips.
• Technical data: sign-in records and, only if you accept advertising cookies, the details described under Meta Pixel below.

How we use it

• To make, deliver and bill your orders, prepare quotes, and send order emails (confirmations, proofs, payment and delivery).
• To read the amount and reference on payment slips automatically (Google Gemini) so our staff can confirm payment faster. Staff always check the result.
• To send promotional emails. You can stop them any time with the link in each email or under My account; order emails are not affected.
• To measure our Facebook and Instagram ads, only with your consent (below).

Cookies

Some cookies are needed for the site to work and are always on: your sign-in session, your cart, your language, and your cookie choice. Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) are off until you press Accept in the cookie banner.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

If you accept, we use Meta Platforms' Pixel and Conversions API to learn which ads bring visitors and customers and to show our ads to people likely to need labels and packaging. We then share with Meta: the pages you view, products you look at or add to your cart, starting checkout, sending an inquiry, creating an account, and an order once we confirm its payment (amount and product codes). Each event can include your IP address, browser type, Meta's cookie identifiers, and, when you are signed in, your email address and account ID converted to an irreversible code (SHA-256 hash) before it leaves our servers. Meta uses this as described in its own privacy policy.

You can change your choice any time: Cookie settings. If you decline, nothing is sent to Meta.

Who processes your data

We use service providers that store or process data for us: Supabase (database and file storage, Australia), Vercel (website hosting, Australia), Resend (email delivery), Google (Gemini, payment slips) and Meta (advertising, only with your consent). We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Account, order and payment records are kept while your account is active and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Artwork and designs stay until you or we delete them.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, withdraw consent, or ask for a copy. Email us and we will reply within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
